Benefits To Taking Collagen

Every morning I take the unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides with my cup of coffee, because I cannot taste it and it blends well with coffee. Taking this with your everyday routine is so easy. Any type of Vital Protein Collagen you are interested in taking will dissolve in hot or cold liquids, so you do not have to take it with coffee. I know a lot of people who take this with a morning/afternoon smoothie. Also you can bake with the collagen peptides.
